Our Complaint Handling Process

Fastmove.org endeavors to ensure that you are provided with the best service and will work with you to resolve any issues you have with the service provided.
Please email your complaint to admin@fastmove.org and allow 8 weeks for the matter to be thoroughly investigated and an outcome to be delivered.
